coldwavesupply.com is operated by Kormick Holdings, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as Cold Wave Supply ("we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable or was listed at the wrong price. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.

Made-to-order products

Every item is made after you order it. Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the finished product, and small variations in print placement and garment size are normal. Please review product details and size charts before ordering.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

All sales are final. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted. Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items are handled under our Refund Policy.

All designs, logos, text and images on this site belong to Cold Wave Supply and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
